During the internship, I worked as a waitress in a fine dining restaurant. I learned how to fulfill customers’ expectations. My communication skills have been enhanced because I had to listen and respond to customers’ requests carefully. Through the internship experience, I have become more patient and responsible at work. During my stay, I visited many tourist attractions and had a great time with the new friends whom I made in Singapore. To sum up, this two-month internship was fruitful as I have gained valuable friendships and working experience in the customer service industry.
