HKD86,922* to HKD117,300* per year. Students are required to complete 66-69 units in two years at HKD2,634 to HKD3,400 per unit (Total HKD173,844* to HKD234,600*).
The annual tuition fee is paid in two installments, normally before the start of the first and the second semesters. For newly enrolled undergraduate students, HKD15,000 of the first installment plus some fees will have to be paid by the applicants for acceptance of their admission offers and the balance will have to be paid in late August.
Students are required to pay full tuition fees per semester during the normal period of study, regardless of the number of units enrolled in the semester.
For students who are required to take make-up course(s) to fulfill the programme pre-requisites, University Core and / or General Education courses, additional tuition fee for the make-up course(s) will be charged at HKD1,955 per unit.

1. Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)
This scheme offers financial assistance to full-time students engaging in locally-accredited self-financing programmes leading to a qualification at sub degree level or above in the form of grant and/or interest-bearing loan. The maximum level of financial assistance is made up of tuition fees grant, academic expenses grant and living expenses loan, which may vary every year. Students may also apply for the Student Travel Subsidy Scheme under their FASP application.
2. Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)
To complement the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP), this scheme offers financial assistance in the form of interest-bearing loans to eligible students to cover their tuition fees payable.
3. Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)
To complement the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP), this scheme offers financial assistance in the form of interest-bearing loans to eligible students to cover the tuition fees payable for make-up courses.
4. Continuing Education Fund (CEF)
The Government has a Continuing Education Fund (CEF) to subsidize students to pursue continuing education and training courses. Eligible applicants will be reimbursed up to 80% of the course fee, subject to a maximum sum of HK$20,000, on successful completion of reimbursable courses. Some of the courses offered by the University have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for CEF purposes.
