CIE 20th anniversary AlumChat
More than 100 alumni and staff joined the online gathering to reminisce the happy memories. All participants shared an enjoyable afternoon together.
CIEAA Sports Carnival
The CIEAA Sports Carnival held by CIE Alumni Association provided a healthy gathering for the alumni, students and lecturers. They could take part in a wide range of sports activities such as basketball match, badminton and dodgeball.
Celebrate the graduation of Class of 2018
The 59th Commencement was held on 24 November. To share the joy of graduation, CIE offered free photo taking service to the newly graduates. Selected photos are posted on Facebook of CIE Alumni Association.

The SCE Homecoming Dinner Celebrating HKBU 60th Anniversary
The School of Continuing Education (SCE) held an Alumni Homecoming Dinner at Renfrew Restaurant to celebrate HKBU 60th Anniversary. Over 200 alumni, lecturers and staff from the College of International Education, the Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division and the Continuing and Professional Education Division attended the dinner.

CIE 15th Anniversary Alumni Homecoming Dinner
The Alumni Homecoming Dinner was held on March 7 at Shek Mun Campus and was well attended by over 200 alumni, lecturers and staff. Apart from the charity sale and fund raising performance, the programme also included games, short film screening and lucky draw. And the fund raising performance of lecturers won a big cheer from the audience.

Servicing Graduates at Graduation Ceremony 2014
The 55th Commencement was held in November. To celebrate the joy at the graduation, CIE Alumni Association offered a free photo booth with specially designed props and balloons for photo-taking. The booth was well received by graduates and parents on the day!
CIEAA Sports Day
The CIEAA Sports Day held on 23 Aug at Shek Mun Campus Sports Centre has attracted more than 50 alumni, lecturers and their family to join . Apart from the teacher-alumni fun matches, the participants have much fun to take part in a wide range of sports activities such as basketball, badminton and table tennis.

The launching ceremony of CIE Alumni Mentorship Programme 2014 was held in Shek Mun Campus. It was well attended by over 70 alumni, mentees and lecturers. The event offered a chance for the alumni mentors and mentees to get to know each other better and also provided an occasion for the alumni and the lecturers to get together.

The inauguration of the new CIE Alumni Association Committee was held on Feb 7, 2014. Led by the newly appointed Chairperson, Charles Liu (graduate of 2013), all committee members pledged to serve CIE alumni with their best effort. At the gathering, the new Committee also prepared activities to celebrate the Chinese New Year with the attending guests.

Launch of CIE Alumni Mentorship Programme (CIE AMP)
The Programme aims to invite alumni to provide both academic and work-related guidance to current students as they had gone through similar College life at CIE. This year over 150 alumni and mentees joined the AMP. They all pledged to be “100% Devoted” . The launching ceremony was well attended by over 100 alumni, mentees and lecturers.
BBQ Reunion
Alumni from different years joined the BBQ gathering organized by CIEAA in Tai Po. Apart from enjoying delicious food and fun activities, they were excited to meet other alumni and some lecturers and staff at the gathering.
Information Day of Shek Mun Campus
Alumni were invited to share their CIE experiences with the visitors of the Information Day.

To make alumni keep abreast of the latest news of alumni activities and events of CIE, the first issue of e-newsletter called “CIE Alumni Express” was published.

Inauguration of CIE Alumni Association
The inauguration of the new Committee of CIE Alumni Association for 2012-2014 was held on April 5, 2012. The newly appointed Chairperson, Payton Chen (graduate of 2011), expressed his gratitude to his fellow schoolmates for their support. Joined by all committee members, they pledged to serve all CIE alumni with their best effort.
