A comprehensive understanding of nutritional science enables students to develop diets that support disease prevention. This programme also emphasises the significance of quality management within the food service industry, equipping graduates for further education and career opportunities in nutrition and food management. Graduates may pursue Bachelor's Degree Programmes in fields such as food and nutrition, food safety and testing, health science, or applied science.
